You need felt, good scissors (felt does not cut easy with bad scissors), fun buttons, pin backs (jewelry section), needle and thread, and a hot glue gun. I spent less than $5 on this project.
I made a template with paper first, then traced it on to my felt.
I pinned the second green to my first shamrock, then cut a bit larger around it.
Something fun to wear with your scarf, trench coat, or purse (diaper bag) on one of my favorite holidays (can it still be called that?).
